Set at the resort’s idyllic restaurants, Vespa and Brasserie, this beachside fiesta takes diners on a culinary tour of European, Mediterranean, British, Japanese, American and Indian dishes, as well as live cooking and beverage stations. Experience brunch in the stylishly designed interior spaces or enjoy al fresco dining on the sprawling restaurant terrace overlooking the majestic Arabian Gulf.

Highlights from the brunch menu include Northern European classics such as French onion soup, steak tartare, and roasted lamb rack; Mediterranean delights including beef striploin, red Mediterranean tuna carpaccio, wild porcini mushroom risotto; and authentic British classics such as roast chicken and beef with all the trimmings, steaks, and traditional fish and chips. Additionally there is a vast display of cheese, live mozzarella station and fish market were you get choose your fresh seafood and way of preparation. All served alongside a soundtrack of an acoustic melodies played by Mark Stephenson.

The brunch includes 3 packages in keeping with the island theme; The Hawaiian includes Unlimited soft drinks, mocktails & juices. The Bahamas Package includes unlimited house beverages, juices, spirits, cocktails and sparkling beverages, and the Maldives Package includes everything in the Bahamas package, plus an additional hour in the Anchor bar after party/drinks included. There are plenty of imaginative and playful beverages on offer throughout the day. From the Aperol Spritz cart on entry, the Exotic Cocktails: Classic Coconut, Watermelon Daiquiri, Tikki Mojito, Tikki Colada, Watermelon Jellies, Orange Jellies served in their skins and syringes full of flavoured vodka.

Why stop there? Brunch guests can enjoy complimentary access to the resort’s private beach and pool for the full day. Those who want to carry on the brunch party can follow to after-party to Anchor Bar as the sun begins to set. Here from 4pm until 7pm, the resident DJ’s will spin tunes alongside live music courtesy the resident soloist and the saxophone player.
